Video analysis allows for enhanced coaching, by integrating it into a coaching program quickly and easily. It will reveal performance issues through efficient post-match analysis that can be ready for the next training session or meeting with a player(s). Also research has shown that supplying a coach or player with accurate feedback can be the key factor in increasing performance. This video analysis will allow a coach or player to view ‘break downs’ of the games, which give accurate, precise and reliable feedback, which can be easily accessed. The video footage will also be accompanied with a statistical analysis document that has been proven invaluable to the improvement of teams or individuals.

I have worked with an ex fulham goal keeper who now coaches the up and coming goal keepers. We worked together to fine tune the performance of the individual. We used lots of live footage to allow quick feedback to the individual so their performance increased through each session.
Also the video clips were then forwarded onto the individual and coach to be archived for future use.

I have worked with schools in hockey and cricket to improve the performance of the team and individuals. The footage is then discussed through with the coach to help with the understanding of the clips. I have had positive feedback from the schools that have used the video analysis.
The added bonus of using SVA Performance:
The difference with SVA performance is that you are not just getting information from a standard one camera set up, but from the multiple views of 3 definite cameras with the added personal option of a fourth if you want to look at an individual or section of the pitch. The use of 3 cameras has evolved because it allows a larger viewing area, so when there is an area to focus on you can see what is going on around the ‘action area’ and just not looking at one single area, which occurs when using the single camera to view a game.
I have also worked with junior and senior players in one on one sessions to nuture the skill development of the individual. The session comprises with a conversation with the individual before a meeting is arranged to find out the what needs to be looked at and also to find out their goals.
I have helped people to work on skills before county trials to increase their confidence and increase performance. When working with individuals small programmes can be set up to work further in increasing their talent.

I have worked alongside some of the top analysts at England rugby and have an honours degree in sports science. All the footage can only be viewed by certain authorised personnel. Also the footage is stored in a secure computer, which can only be accessed by certain personnel.
